LIV Golf has boosted its 2026 regular season field to 57 players—13 four-player teams plus five Wild Cards—and expanded qualifying paths via the third LIV Golf Promotions event, January 8-11 at Florida's Black Diamond Ranch. This 72-hole stroke-play tournament offers prime entry into the LIV Golf League and Asian Tour-sanctioned International Series.
Starting February, the League's global schedule features the enlarged field. Promotions now grants the top three finishers full-season Wild Card spots in the 2026 League (up from two), while the top 10 (including ties) get exemptions into the International Series. This builds on prior pathways: two spots via International Series (from one) and three via Promotions (from one). The five qualifiers join as independent Wild Cards across 13 regular-season events.
"LIV Golf advances the sport by broadening access and opportunities," said CEO Scott O’Neil. "We're creating more paths for elite talent, strengthening fields, and fueling excitement through competition and growth."
