The International Series is set to make history this year with the introduction of the International Series Philippines, marking its first visit to this esteemed golfing nation.
The inaugural event will feature a prize pool of $2 million and is scheduled to take place from October 23-26, with the location yet to be announced.
Prominent players from the LIV Golf League, alongside top competitors from the Asian Tour, are anticipated to participate in this seventh confirmed event of The International Series. This series consists of high-stakes tournaments integrated into the Asian Tour calendar, offering a pathway to the LIV Golf League.
This tournament will be the 16th event on the Asian Tour and will have BingoPlus, a well-known digital entertainment brand, as a sponsor.

Rahul Singh, Head of The International Series, remarked: “Introducing The International Series to the Philippines is a strong indication of our commitment, highlighting the country's significance in the expanding global golf landscape and our ongoing efforts to introduce golf to new markets.”
He noted that this is the second new location confirmed for the 2025 season, emphasizing a mix of emerging and established markets eager to host The International Series and its unique elite sporting events featuring LIV Golf stars and promising talents from the Asian Tour.
Cho Minn Thant, Commissioner & CEO of the Asian Tour, expressed enthusiasm about returning to the Philippines for a second time in 2025. He stated that it is an important market as they continue to enhance their offerings in the region, and it’s a destination that players enjoy.
The season will kick off with another new tournament, the International Series India presented by DLF (January 30 – February 2), followed by a return to the Greater Bay Area for the second edition of the International Series Macau presented by Wynn (March 20-23).
The series will also return to Morocco (July 3-6), Indonesia (August 28-31), Hong Kong (October 30 – November 2), and Saudi Arabia (date TBD).
With strong interest from various potential partner locations, excitement is growing for three additional tournaments yet to be announced, scheduled for May 8-11, September 4-7, and October 2-5.
This year's Asian Tour includes 22 events with over $30 million in prize money, with more tournaments expected to be added.
